The MSE II (Maxillary Skeletal Expander) by Dr. Won Moon is an advanced MARPE device designed for non-surgical, predictable, and stable maxillary expansion in teens and adults.
Its unique skeletal anchorage system with bicortical engagement delivers expansion forces directly to the maxilla, minimizing dental tipping and maximizing orthopedic effects.The rigid stainless-steel body ensures stability during activation, while its versatile design allows for two fixation methods:
Standard banded fixation – with molar bands, as in conventional lab-made expanders.
Digital workflow fixation – with a 3D-printed surgical guide for precise, minimally invasive placement.Available in multiple screw lengths (9 mm, 11 mm, 13 mm) to accommodate different anatomical needs and in various expansion sizes (8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm).
